第二条（検討）
With regard to the provisions of Article 5 and Article 5-3 (limited to the part concerning the national subsidy rate) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Health Insurance Act as revised by the provisions of Article 1, the government is to conduct a review by fiscal year 2014, taking into consideration the financial condition of health insurance administered by Japan Health Insurance Association, the status of review concerning how the costs required for medical care for elderly persons are to be shared, the financial condition of the national government, and other changes in the socioeconomic situation, etc., and, if finding it necessary, is to take required measures.
政府は、第一条の規定による改正後の健康保険法附則第五条及び第五条の三（国庫補助率に係る部分に限る。）の規定について、全国健康保険協会が管掌する健康保険の財政状況、高齢者の医療に要する費用の負担の在り方についての検討の状況、国の財政状況その他の社会経済情勢の変化等を勘案し、平成二十六年度までの間に検討を行い、必要があると認めるときは、所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
