Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 1 of the Health Insurance Act, adding one Article after Article 53 of that Act and amending Article 55, paragraph (1) of that Act, the provisions in Article 2 amending Article 1 of the Mariners Insurance Act, and the provisions of Article 3 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of October 1, 2013.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中健康保険法第一条の改正規定、同法第五十三条の次に一条を加える改正規定及び同法第五十五条第一項の改正規定、第二条中船員保険法第一条の改正規定並びに附則第三条の規定は、平成二十五年十月一日から施行する。
