With respect to the application of the provisions of Article 108 of the Health Insurance Act as revised by the provisions of the preceding Article to a person to whom a disability mutual aid pension is paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 41, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions or a person to whom a disability mutual aid pension is paid pursuant to the provisions of Article 65, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, in paragraph (2) of that Article, the phrase "payment of the disability welfare pension" is deemed to be replaced with "payment of the disability welfare pension, the disability mutual aid pension under the provisions of Article 41, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, etc. to Unify, etc. the Employees' Pension Systems (Act No. 63 of 2012) (hereinafter referred to as the "national public officer disability mutual aid pension" in this paragraph and paragraph (5)) or the disability mutual aid pension under the provisions of Article 65, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act (hereinafter referred to as the "local public officer disability mutual aid pension" in this paragraph and paragraph (5))", the phrase "the amount of the disability welfare pension" is deemed to be replaced with "the amount of the disability welfare pension, the national public officer disability mutual aid pension or the local public officer disability mutual aid pension", and the phrase "the disability welfare pension and" is deemed to be replaced with "the disability welfare pension, the national public officer disability mutual aid pension or the local public officer disability mutual aid pension and"; and in paragraph (5) of that Article, the phrase "the disability welfare pension" is deemed to be replaced with "the disability welfare pension, the national public officer disability mutual aid pension or the local public officer disability mutual aid pension".
