Supplementary Provisions, Article 48Transitional Measures Concerning Special Provisions for Insured Persons During Maternity Leave under Health Insurance
第四十八条（健康保険の産前産後休業期間中の被保険者の特例に関する経過措置）
With respect to a person who has commenced leave equivalent to the maternity leave prescribed in Article 43-3, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act as revised by the provisions of Article 25 before the item (iv) Effective Date, the provisions of Article 159-3 of the Health Insurance Act as revised by the provisions of Article 25 apply, deeming the item (iv) Effective Date to be the day on which that maternity leave commenced.
第四号施行日前に第二十五条の規定による改正後の健康保険法第四十三条の三第一項に規定する産前産後休業に相当する休業を開始した者については、第四号施行日をその産前産後休業を開始した日とみなして、第二十五条の規定による改正後の健康保険法第百五十九条の三の規定を適用する。
