第八条
With regard to notifications and the payment of special insurance premiums pertaining to bonus, etc. (meaning bonus, etc. prescribed in Article 3, paragraph (2) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Health Insurance Act prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 2) before April 2003, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
平成十五年四月前の賞与等（第二条の規定による改正前の健康保険法附則第三条第二項に規定する賞与等をいう。）に係る届出及び特別保険料の納付については、なお従前の例による。
