Supplementary Provisions, Article 8
第八条
The provisions of Article 50, paragraph (1), Article 59-4, Article 69-17 and Article 69-24 of the Revised Health Insurance Act apply to insured persons and former insured persons whose date of delivery is on or after the Effective Date, and with regard to the delivery expenses, childcare allowance, spouse's delivery expenses and spouse's childcare allowance under the Health Insurance Act prior to amendment by this Act of insured persons and former insured persons whose date of delivery is before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新健保法第五十条第一項、第五十九条ノ四、第六十九条の十七及び第六十九条の二十四の規定は、分べんの日が施行日以後である被保険者及び被保険者であった者について適用し、分べんの日が施行日前である被保険者及び被保険者であった者のこの法律による改正前の健康保険法の分娩費、育児手当金、配偶者分娩費及び配偶者育児手当金については、なお従前の例による。
