第三条
With regard to benefits under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act pertaining to the provision of meals, nursing or transport provided before the date of enforcement of this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date"), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行の日（以下「施行日」という。）前に行われた食事の提供、看護又は移送に係る健康保険法の規定による給付については、なお従前の例による。
