第二条（健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Of the persons who acquired eligibility as an insured person of health insurance (excluding specially-insured day laborers; the same applies hereinafter in this Article) before October 1, 1994 and continue to have eligibility as an insured person until that date (excluding persons having eligibility as an insured person pursuant to the provisions of Article 20 of the Health Insurance Act and persons having eligibility as a special retired insured person prescribed in Article 9, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act), the standard remuneration amount of persons who acquired eligibility as an insured person during the period from July 1 to September 30 of that year, or whose standard remuneration amount was revised from August or September of that year pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (4) of that Act, and whose standard monthly remuneration amount for the same month is 86,000 yen or less, is revised by the insurer, deeming the monthly remuneration amount that formed the basis of that standard monthly remuneration amount to be the monthly remuneration amount forming the basis of the standard remuneration amount under the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Revised Health Insurance Act").
平成六年十月一日前に健康保険の被保険者（日雇特例被保険者を除く。以下この条において同じ。）の資格を取得して、同日まで引き続き被保険者の資格を有する者（健康保険法第二十条の規定による被保険者の資格を有する者及び同法附則第九条第一項に規定する特例退職被保険者の資格を有する者を除く。）のうち、同年七月一日から同年九月三十日までの間に被保険者の資格を取得した者又は同法第三条第四項の規定により同年八月若しくは同年九月から標準報酬が改定された者であって、同月の標準報酬月額が八万六千円以下であるものの標準報酬は、当該標準報酬月額の基礎となった報酬月額を第一条の規定による改正後の健康保険法（以下「新健保法」という。）第三条第一項の規定による標準報酬の基礎となる報酬月額とみなして、保険者が改定する。
The standard remuneration amount revised pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is to be the standard remuneration amount for the period from October 1, 1994 to September 30, 1995.
