Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1986.
この法律は、昭和六十一年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Health Insurance Act
第五条（健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to an insured person and a person who was an insured person whose date of delivery is a day on or before the 42nd day before the day this Act comes into effect, the provisions of Article 50, paragraph (2) and Article 69-18, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article do not apply.
分べんの日がこの法律の施行の日の前四十二日以前の日である被保険者及び被保険者であつた者については、前条の規定による改正後の健康保険法第五十条第二項及び第六十九条の十八第一項の規定は、適用しない。
With regard to an insured person and a person who was an insured person who came to engage in work after the date of delivery before this Act comes into effect and for whom 42 days have not elapsed from that date at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 50, paragraph (2) and Article 69-18, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article.
この法律の施行前に分べんの日後労務に服すに至つた被保険者及び被保険者であつた者で、この法律の施行の際同日以後四十二日を経過していないものについては、前条の規定による改正後の健康保険法第五十条第二項及び第六十九条の十八第一項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 19Delegation of Other Transitional Measures to Cabinet Order
第十九条（その他の経過措置の政令への委任）
Beyond what is provided for in these Supplementary Provisions, transitional measures necessary in connection with the enforcement of this Act (including transitional measures concerning penal provisions) are specified by Cabinet Order.
この附則に規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に伴い必要な経過措置（罰則に関する経過措置を含む。）は、政令で定める。
