第二十九条
Of the former insurance benefits, the payment of injury and sickness allowance, childbirth allowance and high-cost medical expenses is deemed, for the purpose of the application of Article 70-4, paragraph (1) of the Revised Health Insurance Act, to be the payment of injury and sickness allowance, childbirth allowance and high-cost medical expenses prescribed in that paragraph.
旧保険給付のうち傷病手当金、出産手当金及び高額療養費の支給は、新健保法第七十条ノ四第一項の規定の適用については、同項に規定する傷病手当金、出産手当金及び高額療養費の支給とみなす。
