第二十五条
With regard to appeals against dispositions under the provisions of the Former Day Laborers Health Insurance Act (including cases where those provisions are to be followed) that are prescribed in Article 39, paragraph (1) and Article 40 of the Former Day Laborers Health Insurance Act, and actions for rescission of those dispositions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
旧日雇健保法の規定（これらの規定の例によることとされる場合を含む。）による処分であつて、旧日雇健保法第三十九条第一項及び第四十条に規定するものについての不服申立て及び当該処分の取消しの訴えについては、なお従前の例による。
