第二十四条
With regard to the determination of insurance premiums under the provisions of the Former Day Laborers Health Insurance Act for periods before the Effective Date and the collection of penalty fees, and the demand for payment, disposition of delinquency and collection of delinquent charges concerning those insurance premiums and other money to be collected under the provisions of the Former Day Laborers Health Insurance Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
