第十九条（日雇労働者健康保険法の廃止に伴う経過措置）
Among dispositions made before the Effective Date under the provisions of the Former Day Laborers Health Insurance Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Day Laborers Health Insurance Act") and documents, etc. issued pursuant to the provisions of the Former Day Laborers Health Insurance Act, those listed in the upper column of the following table are deemed to be those listed in the lower column of the same table.

施行日前に旧日雇労働者健康保険法（以下「旧日雇健保法」という。）の規定によつてした処分及び旧日雇健保法の規定に基づき発行した文書等のうち次の表の上欄に掲げるものは、同表の下欄に掲げるものとみなす。

With regard to an application for the issuance of the day laborer health insurance insured person handbook prescribed in Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Former Day Laborers Health Insurance Act by a person who became an insured person pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 of the Former Day Laborers Health Insurance Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern. In this case, that application is deemed to be the application prescribed in Article 69-9, paragraph (1) of the Revised Health Insurance Act.
旧日雇健保法第六条の規定によつて被保険者となつた者の旧日雇健保法第八条第一項に規定する日雇労働者健康保険被保険者手帳の交付の申請については、なお従前の例による。この場合において、その申請は、新健保法第六十九条の九第一項に規定する申請とみなす。
