Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Health Insurance Act
第二条（健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Among persons who acquired eligibility as an insured person of health insurance before July 1, 1976 and have continued to have eligibility as an insured person until that day (excluding persons who have eligibility as an insured person pursuant to the provisions of Article 20 of the Health Insurance Act and persons whose standard remuneration amount is to be revised from that month), the standard remuneration amount of a person whose standard monthly remuneration amount for June of that year is 28,000 yen or less or 200,000 yen (excluding persons for whom the monthly remuneration amount that served as the basis of that standard monthly remuneration amount is less than 210,000 yen) is revised by the insurer, deeming the monthly remuneration amount that served as the basis of that standard monthly remuneration amount to be the monthly remuneration amount that forms the basis of the standard remuneration amount under the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of that Act as amended by this Act.
The standard remuneration amount revised pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is the standard remuneration amount from July 1 to September 30 of that year.
The provisions of Article 20, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act as amended by this Act apply to a person who loses eligibility as an insured person pursuant to the provisions of Article 18 of that Act on or after July 1, 1976, and in the case of a person who lost eligibility as an insured person pursuant to the provisions of that Article before that day, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律による改正後の健康保険法第二十条第一項の規定は、昭和五十一年七月一日以後に同法第十八条の規定により被保険者の資格を喪失した者について適用し、同日前に同条の規定により被保険者の資格を喪失した者については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the due date for payment of insurance premiums for months on or before June 1976 concerning an insured person under the provisions of Article 20 of the Health Insurance Act and the loss of eligibility as an insured person by that person due to non-payment of those insurance premiums, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 21, item (iii) and the proviso to Article 79, paragraph (1) of that Act as amended by this Act.
With regard to a person who acquired eligibility as an insured person pursuant to the provisions of Article 20 of the Health Insurance Act before July 1, 1976 and has continued to have that eligibility until that day, the due date for payment of insurance premiums for that month is August 10 of that year, notwithstanding the provisions of the proviso to Article 79, paragraph (1) of that Act as amended by this Act.
昭和五十一年七月一日前に健康保険法第二十条の規定による被保険者の資格を取得して、同日まで引き続きその被保険者の資格を有する者に関する同月分の保険料の納付期日は、この法律による改正後の同法第七十九条第一項ただし書の規定にかかわらず、同年八月十日とする。
