第三条
With regard to insurance benefits under the Health Insurance Act for sickness or injury due to work-related causes before the day this Act comes into effect and for sickness arising therefrom, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
健康保険法による保険給付で、この法律施行の日前における業務上の事由に因る疾病又は負傷及びこれに因り発した疾病に関するものについては、なお従前の例による。
