附 則
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1935; provided, however, that with regard to matters necessary in advance for the implementation of this Act, it comes into effect on January 1, 1935.
本法ハ昭和十年四月一日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス但シ本法実施ノ為ニ予メ必要ナル事項ニ関シテハ昭和十年一月一日ヨリ之ヲ施行ス
