Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Application Concerning the Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan
第六条（日本私立学校振興・共済事業団等の適用）
With regard to the application of this Act, the Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan is deemed to be a mutual aid association, and subscribers to the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid System pursuant to the provisions of the Private School Personnel Mutual Aid Association Act are deemed to be members of the mutual aid association.
この法律の適用については、日本私立学校振興・共済事業団は共済組合と、私立学校教職員共済法の規定による私立学校教職員共済制度の加入者は共済組合の組合員とみなす。
