Supplementary Provisions, Article 4-2Transitional Measures for Bed Conversion Support Payments
第四条の二（病床転換支援金の経過措置）
Until the date specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People, in Article 7-2, paragraph (3), the phrase "and the same Act" is deemed to be replaced with ", the same Act" and the phrase ", the Long-Term Care Insurance Act" with "and the bed conversion support payment, etc. prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as "bed conversion support payment, etc."), the Long-Term Care Insurance Act"; in Article 151, the phrase "the contributions under the provisions of Article 173" with "bed conversion support payment, etc. and the contributions under the provisions of Article 173"; in Article 154, paragraph (2) as replaced pursuant to Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "the aid for the old-old under the provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People" with "the aid for the old-old under the provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People and the bed conversion support payment prescribed in Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act"; in Article 155, paragraph (1) and Article 160, paragraph (3), item (ii), the phrase "aid for the old-old, etc." with "aid for the old-old, etc. and bed conversion support payment, etc."; in paragraph (14) of Article 160, the phrase "the amount of aid for the old-old, etc." with "the amount of aid for the old-old, etc. and bed conversion support payment, etc."; in Article 173, paragraph (1) and Article 176, the phrase "aid for the old-old, etc." with "aid for the old-old, etc. and bed conversion support payment, etc."; and in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "aid for the old-old, etc." with "aid for the old-old, etc., bed conversion support payment, etc.".
高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律附則第二条に規定する政令で定める日までの間、第七条の二第三項中「並びに同法」とあるのは「、同法」と、「、介護保険法」とあるのは「並びに同法附則第七条第一項に規定する病床転換支援金等（以下「病床転換支援金等」という。）、介護保険法」と、第百五十一条中「及び第百七十三条」とあるのは「、病床転換支援金等及び第百七十三条」と、附則第五条の規定により読み替えられた第百五十四条第二項中「及び高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律の規定による後期高齢者支援金」とあるのは「、高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律の規定による後期高齢者支援金及び同法附則第七条第一項に規定する病床転換支援金」と、第百五十五条第一項及び第百六十条第三項第二号中「及び後期高齢者支援金等」とあるのは「、後期高齢者支援金等及び病床転換支援金等」と、同条第十四項中「及び後期高齢者支援金等」とあるのは「、後期高齢者支援金等の額及び病床転換支援金等」と、第百七十三条第一項及び第百七十六条中「及び後期高齢者支援金等」とあるのは「、後期高齢者支援金等及び病床転換支援金等」と、附則第二条第一項中「後期高齢者支援金等」とあるのは「後期高齢者支援金等、病床転換支援金等」とする。
