Section 12 Adjudication Cases for Designation of Successor to Ownership of Equipment for Rituals upon Inheritance
Article 190
An adjudication case for the designation of a successor to the ownership of equipment for rituals, etc. upon inheritance (meaning an adjudication case regarding the matters set forth in Appended Table 2, row (11)) is subject to the jurisdiction of the family court which has jurisdiction over the place where the inheritance process has commenced.
相続の場合における祭具等の所有権の承継者の指定の審判事件（別表第二の十一の項の事項についての審判事件をいう。）は、相続が開始した地を管轄する家庭裁判所の管轄に属する。
In a ruling of the designation of a successor to the ownership of equipment for rituals, etc. upon inheritance, the family court may order a party to deliver genealogy information, equipment for rituals and graves.
家庭裁判所は、相続の場合における祭具等の所有権の承継者の指定の審判において、当事者に対し、系譜、祭具及び墳墓の引渡しを命ずることができる。
An heir and any other interested party may file an immediate appeal against a ruling of the designation of a successor to the ownership of equipment for rituals, etc. upon inheritance and a ruling to dismiss a petition for such ruling.
相続人その他の利害関係人は、相続の場合における祭具等の所有権の承継者の指定の審判及びその申立てを却下する審判に対し、即時抗告をすることができる。
