第三条（免許等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the denial, withholding, revocation or suspension of a license (meaning a license prescribed in Article 84, paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act; the same applies in paragraph (1) of the following Article) or the prohibition of driving a motor vehicle or motorized bicycle (meaning a motor vehicle or motorized bicycle prescribed in Article 84, paragraph (1) of that Act) on the grounds of an act committed before the provisions set forth in the items of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第一条各号に掲げる規定の施行前にした行為を理由とする免許（道路交通法第八十四条第一項に規定する免許をいう。次条第一項において同じ。）の拒否、保留、取消し若しくは効力の停止又は自動車等（同法第八十四条第一項に規定する自動車等をいう。）の運転の禁止については、なお従前の例による。
