第二条（調整規定）
With regard to the application of Article 117-5 of the Road Traffic Act after its amendment by the amending provisions set forth in item (ii) of the preceding Article during the period from the day the provisions set forth in that item come into effect until the day before this Act comes into effect, the phrase "Article 108-3-4" in item (ii) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "Article 108-3-3".
