Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Agreement Amending the Agreement between the Government of Japan and the Government of the United States of America Concerning Reciprocal Provision of Logistic Support, Supplies and Services between the Self-Defense Forces of Japan and the Armed Forces of the United States of America; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 13, Article 14, paragraph (1), item (ii), Article 15 and Article 17, and Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of the date specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding three months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、日本国の自衛隊とアメリカ合衆国軍隊との間における後方支援、物品又は役務の相互の提供に関する日本国政府とアメリカ合衆国政府との間の協定を改正する協定の効力発生の日から施行する。ただし、第十三条、第十四条第一項第二号、第十五条、第十七条及び附則第四条の規定は、公布の日から起算して三月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
