Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1986; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 489 of the Local Tax Act in Article 1 and the provisions of Article 10 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on June 1 of that year.
この法律は、昭和六十一年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中地方税法第四百八十九条の改正規定及び附則第十条の規定は、同年六月一日から施行する。
