Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Application of Provisions on Hunting License Tax
第八条（狩猟免許税に関する規定の適用）
The provisions of Article 237 of the New Act apply to hunting license tax to be imposed on persons who receive a hunting license on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern hunting license tax imposed on persons who received a hunting license before the Effective Date.
新法第二百三十七条の規定は、施行日以後に狩猟免許を受ける者に対して課すべき狩猟免許税について適用し、施行日前に狩猟免許を受けた者に対して課する狩猟免許税については、なお従前の例による。
