Supplementary Provisions, Article 12Application of Provisions on Special Land Holding Tax
第十二条（特別土地保有税に関する規定の適用）
The provisions of Article 586, paragraph (2), items (xix), (xxi) and (xxix) of the New Act in so far as they relate to special land holding tax imposed on land apply from fiscal year 1974.
新法第五百八十六条第二項第十九号、第二十一号及び第二十九号の規定中土地に対して課する特別土地保有税に関する部分は、昭和四十九年度分から適用する。
The provisions of Article 586, paragraph (2), items (xix), (xxi) and (xxix) of the New Act in so far as they relate to special land holding tax imposed on the acquisition of land apply to the acquisition of land on or after January 1, 1974, and the provisions then in force continue to govern special land holding tax imposed on the acquisition of land before that date.
新法第五百八十六条第二項第十九号、第二十一号及び第二十九号の規定中土地の取得に対して課する特別土地保有税に関する部分は、昭和四十九年一月一日以後の土地の取得について適用し、同日前の土地の取得に対して課する特別土地保有税については、なお従前の例による。
