Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions in Article 1 amending Article 42, paragraph (3) of the Local Tax Act and the provisions amending the provisions concerning residential land development tax come into effect on June 1, 1969, and the provisions amending Article 114-4, Article 114-5, paragraph (1), Article 115 and Article 129, paragraph (3) of that Act come into effect on October 1 of the same year.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中地方税法第四十二条第三項の改正規定及び宅地開発税に関する改正規定は昭和四十四年六月一日から、同法第百十四条の四、第百十四条の五第一項、第百十五条及び第百二十九条第三項の改正規定は同年十月一日から施行する。
