第四条（保全差押えに関する規定の適用）
The provisions of Article 16-4, paragraph (12) of the New Act apply to local government levies that may be imposed on or after the date of effect of this Act.
新法第十六条の四第十二項の規定は、この法律の施行の日以後に課することができることとなる地方団体の徴収金について適用する。
