第三条（立木の先取特権に関する規定の適用）
The provisions of Article 14-13, paragraph (1), item (iii) of the New Act apply to the case where distribution procedures through a compulsory liquidation procedure commence on or after the date of effect of this Act.
新法第十四条の十三第一項第三号の規定は、この法律の施行の日以後に強制換価手続により配当手続が開始される場合について適用する。
