第十七条
The provisions of Article 73-27-4 of the New Act apply to the acquisition of the site of a disaster-prevention building by a disaster-prevention building block development association made on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the acquisition of the site of a disaster-prevention building made before that date.
新法第七十三条の二十七の四の規定は、施行日以後においてなされる防災建築街区造成組合による防災建築物の敷地の取得について適用し、同日前においてなされた防災建築物の敷地の取得については、なお従前の例による。
