第十六条
The provisions of Article 73-27-3 of the New Act apply to the acquisition of property transferred as security by a holder of a security interest by transfer made on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the acquisition of property transferred as security made before that date.
新法第七十三条の二十七の三の規定は、施行日以後においてなされる譲渡担保権者による譲渡担保財産の取得について適用し、同日前においてなされた譲渡担保財産の取得については、なお従前の例による。
