Supplementary Provisions, Article 44Application of Provisions on Light Oil Delivery Tax
第四十四条（軽油引取税に関する規定の適用）
The provisions of Article 700-21-2 of the New Act apply from light oil delivery tax to be imposed on delivery of light oil on or after the date of enforcement of this Act.
新法第七百条の二十一の二の規定は、この法律の施行の日以後における軽油の引取りに対して課すべき軽油引取税から適用する。
