Supplementary Provisions, Article 25
第二十五条
The provisions of Article 73-27-2 of the New Act apply to the acquisition, made on or after the date of enforcement of this Act, by a holder of a security interest by transfer under Article 73-27-2 of the New Act of the property transferred as security referred to in Article 73-27-2 of the New Act.
新法第七十三条の二十七の二の規定は、この法律の施行の日以後においてなされる新法第七十三条の二十七の二の譲渡担保権者による同法同条の譲渡担保財産の取得について適用する。
