第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the portions relating to light oil delivery tax (excluding Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions) come into effect on the date specified by Cabinet Order within the period up to June 1, 1956.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、軽油引取税に関する部分（附則第十一条を除く。）は、昭和三十一年六月一日までの期間内で政令で定める日から施行する。
