The provisions of Articles 153 and 154 of the Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 5 (limited to the amending provisions listed in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions; the same applies in the following Article) (referred to as the "item (ii) New Health Insurance Act" in the following Article), and of Articles 4-4 through 5-3 and Article 5-5 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, apply to the amount of the national subsidy to the Japan Health Insurance Association in each fiscal year from fiscal year 2017 onward, and with regard to the amount of the national subsidy to the Japan Health Insurance Association in each fiscal year up to fiscal year 2016, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
