Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions revising Article 9, paragraphs (6), (10) and (11) of the National Health Insurance Act, the provisions revising Article 22 of that Act, the provisions adding one Article after Article 21 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, the provisions revising Article 22 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, and the provisions adding one Article after that Article, in Article 1, the provisions adding one Article after Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Health Insurance Act in Article 2, the provisions adding five Articles after Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People in Article 3 (excluding the part pertaining to Article 13-6 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act) and the provisions adding three Articles after Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act (excluding the part pertaining to Article 14-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act), and the provisions of Articles 7 through 17 of the Supplementary Provisions, come into effect on July 1, 2010.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第一条中国民健康保険法第九条第六項、第十項及び第十一項の改正規定、同法第二十二条の改正規定、同法附則第二十一条の次に一条を加える改正規定、同法附則第二十二条の改正規定並びに同条の次に一条を加える改正規定、第二条中健康保険法附則第五条の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに第三条中高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律附則第十三条の次に五条を加える改正規定（同法附則第十三条の六に係る部分を除く。）及び同法附則第十四条の次に三条を加える改正規定（同法附則第十四条の二に係る部分を除く。）並びに附則第七条から第十七条までの規定は、平成二十二年七月一日から施行する。
