With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 71, paragraph (2) of the Health Insurance Act, pertaining to the rescission, to a physician, dentist or pharmacist whose registration was rescinded pursuant to the provisions of Article 43-13 of the Former Health Insurance Act before the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions, the phrase "five years" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "two years".
