第六条（検討）
After this Act comes into effect, if the government, taking into account the conditions of medium-term financial management of the health insurance services administered by the government, etc., finds it necessary, it is to review the provisions of Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Revised Health Insurance Act and take required measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後、政府の管掌する健康保険事業の中期的財政運営の状況等を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、新健保法附則第十二条の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて所要の措置を講ずるものとする。
