第八条
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 79-11 of the Revised Health Insurance Act to the estimated day laborer contributions for fiscal year 1984, the phrase "insurance premiums for specially-insured day laborers paid in the preceding fiscal year" in that Article is deemed to be replaced with "insurance premiums paid in fiscal year 1983 under the provisions of the Day Laborers Health Insurance Act (Act No. 207 of 1953) as it stood before its repeal".
昭和五十九年度の概算日雇拠出金に関する新健保法第七十九条ノ十一の規定の適用については、同条中「前年度ニ納付セラレタル日雇特例被保険者ニ関スル保険料」とあるのは、「昭和五十八年度ニ納付セラレタル旧日雇労働者健康保険法（昭和二十八年法律第二百七号）ノ規定ニ依ル保険料」とする。
