With regard to persons employed at a place of business listed in Article 13, item (ii) of the Revised Health Insurance Act who are employed at a place of business other than a place of business at which five or more employees work regularly, the provisions of that Article (including where applied under Article 14, Articles 16 through 18, Article 20, paragraph (1), Article 21, Article 31, Article 55, paragraph (2) (including where applied mutatis mutandis in Article 55-2, paragraph (2), Article 57, paragraph (2) and Article 59-2, paragraph (7)) and Article 69-7 of that Act) are to be applied in stages, as specified by Cabinet Order, until March 31, 1989.
