第七条
A health insurance society may, for the time being, pay to an insured person who has paid a co-payment pursuant to the provisions of Article 74, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act an amount specified by its constitution, within the range of the amount equivalent to the co-payment that the person paid.
健康保険組合は、当分の間、健康保険法第七十四条第一項の規定により一部負担金を支払つた被保険者に対し、その支払つた一部負担金に相当する額の範囲内において、規約をもつて定める額の支給を行うことができる。
