第五条（国庫補助の経過措置）
For the time being, the phrase "a rate specified by Cabinet Order within a range from 0.13 to 0.20" in Article 153, the phrase "the rate specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in the preceding Article" in Article 154, paragraph (1), the phrase "the rate specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in that Article" in paragraph (2) of that Article, and the phrase "the rate specified by Cabinet Order prescribed in Article 153" in the following Article are deemed to be replaced with "0.164".
