In the cases specified by Cabinet Office Order, in lieu of sending the copies of the documents that a parent company, etc. is required to send to its subsidiary company submitting annual securities reports pursuant to the provisions of Article 24-7, paragraph (4) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to paragraph (6) of that Article (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 27) and Article 27), the parent company, etc. may provide the subsidiary company submitting annual securities reports with the particulars that are required to be stated in a parent company, etc. status report (including its amended report), related to the copies of the documents, by means of using an electronic data processing system or by any other means using information and communications technology that Cabinet Office Order specifies. In such a case, the parent company, etc. is deemed to have sent the copies of those documents.
