第二条（免許等に関する経過措置）
Notwithstanding Article 92-2, paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act after its amendment by Article 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act"), prior laws continue to govern the valid period of a license that has been issued as of the time item (iii) of the preceding Article comes into force.
