第三条
Article 96-3, paragraph (2), of the New Act does not apply to a person who has applied for a driver's license pursuant to Article 89, paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act before its amendment by Article 2, as of time this Act comes into force.
新法第九十六条の三第二項の規定は、この法律の施行の際現に第二条の規定による改正前の道路交通法第八十九条第一項の規定により免許の申請をしている者については、適用しない。
