第六条の十六（国民年金基金又は国民年金基金連合会が被保険者の委託を受けて納付事務を行う場合における法の適用）
Where a National Pension Fund carries out premium payment services (meaning the premium payment services prescribed in Article 92-3, paragraph (1) of the Act; the same applies in the following paragraph) pursuant to Article 92-3, paragraph (1) of the Act, the term "operations" in Article 128, paragraph (5) of the Act is deemed to be replaced with "operations (excluding those carried out pursuant to Article 92-3, paragraph (1); the same applies in the following Article)".
法第九十二条の三第一項の規定により国民年金基金が納付事務（同項に規定する納付事務をいう。次項において同じ。）を行う場合には、法第百二十八条第五項中「業務」とあるのは、「業務（第九十二条の三第一項の規定により行うものを除く。次条において同じ。）」とする。
