第六条
The provisions of the proviso to Article 27-2, paragraph (1) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act apply to purchase, etc. of share certificates, etc. made by exercising share options allotted pursuant to the provisions of Article 277 of the Companies Act (Act No. 86 of 2005) on or after the effective date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern purchase, etc. of share certificates, etc. made by exercising share options allotted pursuant to the provisions of that Article before the effective date.
新金融商品取引法第二十七条の二第一項ただし書の規定は、施行日以後に会社法（平成十七年法律第八十六号）第二百七十七条の規定により割り当てられる新株予約権を行使することにより行う株券等の買付け等について適用し、施行日前に同条の規定により割り当てられた新株予約権を行使することにより行う株券等の買付け等については、なお従前の例による。
