Supplementary Provisions, Article 86
第八十六条
The provisions of Article 76 of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act apply to the documents set forth in that Article for a business year ending on or after the effective date, and with regard to the documents set forth in Article 79-15 of the Former Securities and Exchange Act for a business year that ended before the effective date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
新金融商品取引法第七十六条の規定は、施行日以後に終了する事業年度に係る同条に掲げる書類について適用し、施行日前に終了した事業年度に係る旧証券取引法第七十九条の十五に掲げる書類については、なお従前の例による。
(Documents to Be Submitted to the Prime Minister)
An authorized association must submit the following documents to the Prime Minister within three months from the day on which each business year begins:
認可協会は、毎事業年度の開始の日から三月以内に、次に掲げる書類を内閣総理大臣に提出しなければならない。
