Supplementary Provisions, Article 112
第百十二条
A person whose authorization has been rescinded pursuant to the provisions of Article 106-26 of the Former Securities and Exchange Act is deemed, on the day of receiving that disposition, to have had the authorization rescinded pursuant to the provisions of Article 106-26 of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
旧証券取引法第百六条の二十六の規定により認可を取り消された者は、その処分を受けた日において、新金融商品取引法第百六条の二十六の規定により認可を取り消されたものとみなす。
A person whose authorization has been rescinded or who has been ordered to be dismissed pursuant to the provisions of Article 106-28, paragraph (1) or (2) of the Former Securities and Exchange Act is deemed, on the day of receiving that disposition, to have had the authorization rescinded or to have been ordered to be dismissed pursuant to the provisions of Article 106-28, paragraph (1) or (2) of the New Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
旧証券取引法第百六条の二十八第一項又は第二項の規定により認可を取り消され、又は解任を命ぜられた者は、その処分を受けた日において、新金融商品取引法第百六条の二十八第一項又は第二項の規定により認可を取り消され、又は解任を命ぜられたものとみなす。
