Upon being served with a certified copy of a written decision to commence trial procedures, the respondent must submit a written answer to this to the trial examiners without delay.
If a respondent submits, before the first date for trial procedures stated in the written decision to commence trial procedures (or, if that date is changed, the new date), a written answer acknowledging the facts set forth in the items of Article 178, paragraph (1) related to the administrative monetary penalty and acknowledging the amount of the administrative monetary penalty that is required to be paid, it is not necessary to hold a date for trial procedures.
