第五条（第一条の規定による改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Accompanying the Amendment under the Provisions of Article 1
The provisions of Article 52 of the Medical Care Act after the revision by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act" in this Article) apply to the documents prescribed in Article 52 of the New Act relating to fiscal years of a medical corporation beginning on or after the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 1, and with regard to documents prescribed in Article 52 of the Medical Care Act before the revision by the provisions of Article 1 relating to fiscal years of a medical corporation beginning before that date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第一条の規定による改正に伴う経過措置
第一条の規定による改正後の医療法（以下この条において「新法」という。）第五十二条の規定は、医療法人の第一条の規定の施行の日以後に始まる会計年度に係る新法第五十二条に規定する書類について適用し、医療法人の同日前に始まる会計年度に係る第一条の規定による改正前の医療法第五十二条に規定する書類については、なお従前の例による。

前項の規定による法人は、医療法人と称する。
